Order Placement and Process
- The Application enables users to place orders. Employees are requested to display the order confirmation message received on their mobile devices to the delivery person at the respective stall to collect their food. All food items are subject to availability, and food outlets retain the right to withdraw or amend any items with customer acceptance if any food item becomes unavailable.
Modification of Terms and Conditions
- Kora Karnival reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time and in its sole discretion. It is your responsibility to regularly check these terms and conditions to ensure that you are satisfied with any changes.
Payment
- Payment is required to confirm each order.
- Once an order is confirmed and placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled.
Refund
